ACBD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACBD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,504 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACBD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA1, INTS6L, and HMGB3P10. Each is linked with ACBD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACBD4-to-partner and partner-to-ACBD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACBD4 versus ABCA1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACBD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACBD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
