Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACBD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,653 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACBD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-17P, BTF3P1, and DDX52. Each is linked with ACBD4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACBD4-to-partner and partner-to-ACBD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-17P grouped by ACBD4-low versus ACBD4-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACBD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACBD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
