Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACBD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,754 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACBD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL4, BEST1, and PCNX1. Each is linked with ACBD3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACBD3-to-partner and partner-to-ACBD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACBD3 versus YPEL4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACBD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACBD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
