ACAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 550 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV3-54, RNU6-907P, and LINC02353. Each is linked with ACAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAT2-to-partner and partner-to-ACAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHV3-54 grouped by ACAT2-low versus ACAT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
