Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST9L, ZNF804B, and CLEC20A. Each is linked with ACAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAT2-to-partner and partner-to-ACAT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST9L grouped by ACAT2-low versus ACAT2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
