Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACAP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACAP2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ACAP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACAP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CESC, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ACAP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
