ACAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,234 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCYT1A, NPL, and SLC9A9. Each is linked with ACAP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ACAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAP2 versus PCYT1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
