ACAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE3D, OR10H5, and KRTAP13-2. Each is linked with ACAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ACAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE3D grouped by ACAP2-low versus ACAP2-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
