ACAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,653 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, SPN_S355, and ADA2. Each is linked with ACAP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ACAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAP1 versus SASH3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
