ACAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,153 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, CSF2RB, and LILRB1. Each is linked with ACAP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ACAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAP1 versus CYTH4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
