ACAN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACAN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 517 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM23, TAOK3, and TH. Each is linked with ACAN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAN-to-partner and partner-to-ACAN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM23 grouped by ACAN-low versus ACAN-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
