ACAN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACAN mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,518 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SVEP1, MTUS2, and ARHGAP32. Each is linked with ACAN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAN-to-partner and partner-to-ACAN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SVEP1 grouped by ACAN-low versus ACAN-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
