ACADVL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACADVL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,272 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACADVL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YWHAE, CLUH, and RPA1. Each is linked with ACADVL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACADVL-to-partner and partner-to-ACADVL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACADVL versus YWHAE in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACADVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACADVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
