ACADVL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACADVL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,906 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACADVL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P19, AP1B1P2, and MIR302C. Each is linked with ACADVL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACADVL-to-partner and partner-to-ACADVL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN14P19 grouped by ACADVL-low versus ACADVL-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACADVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACADVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
