Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACADVL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACADVL-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMK, NCR1, and TP53TG3C. Each is linked with ACADVL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACADVL-to-partner and partner-to-ACADVL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GZMK grouped by ACADVL-low versus ACADVL-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACADVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACADVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
