Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACADS Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACADS data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ACADS Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACADS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where ACADS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
