ACADS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACADS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,299 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACADS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA13, TTC39A, and CEP170. Each is linked with ACADS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACADS-to-partner and partner-to-ACADS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACADS versus HSPA13 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACADS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACADS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
