ACADS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACADS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,142 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACADS-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPD1, TNNC1, and ADH1B. Each is linked with ACADS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACADS-to-partner and partner-to-ACADS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACADS versus GPD1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACADS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACADS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
