ACADL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACADL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,786 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACADL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS2, LARP4_S583, and MTMR12. Each is linked with ACADL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACADL-to-partner and partner-to-ACADL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACADL versus SORBS2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACADL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACADL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
