ACADL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACADL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,353 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACADL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD36, CA4, and S1PR1. Each is linked with ACADL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACADL-to-partner and partner-to-ACADL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACADL versus CD36 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACADL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACADL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
