ACAD8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,502 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAD8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THYN1, VPS26B, and ARHGEF12. Each is linked with ACAD8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAD8-to-partner and partner-to-ACAD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAD8 versus THYN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
