Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACAD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,304 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAD8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic chromosome condensation, Valine metabolic process, and L-valine catabolic process. Each is linked with ACAD8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAD8-to-partner and partner-to-ACAD8 results are reported.
