ACAD11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,403 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAD11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKCD, PPIF, and ARHGAP30. Each is linked with ACAD11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAD11-to-partner and partner-to-ACAD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAD11 versus PRKCD in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
