ACAD11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAD11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,554 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFCAB12, C4orf47, and CAPSL. Each is linked with ACAD11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAD11-to-partner and partner-to-ACAD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAD11 versus EFCAB12 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
