ACAD11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAD11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,695 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, PRY2, and LINC01943. Each is linked with ACAD11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAD11-to-partner and partner-to-ACAD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by ACAD11-low versus ACAD11-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
