ACAD11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAD11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, S6_pS240_S244, and eIF4G. Each is linked with ACAD11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAD11-to-partner and partner-to-ACAD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by ACAD11-low versus ACAD11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
