ACAD10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,131 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAD10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, BCL7A, and STAG2. Each is linked with ACAD10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAD10-to-partner and partner-to-ACAD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAD10 versus SART3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
