ACAD10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACAD10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,187 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACAD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB2, SIRPB2, and RAB27A. Each is linked with ACAD10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACAD10-to-partner and partner-to-ACAD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACAD10 versus ZEB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACAD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACAD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
