ACACA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACACA protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,008 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACACA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACACA_S80, FASN, and ACLY. Each is linked with ACACA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACACA-to-partner and partner-to-ACACA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACACA versus ACACA_S80 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACACA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACACA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
