ACACA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACACA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,930 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACACA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER2, FOXR1, and PPP6R2. Each is linked with ACACA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACACA-to-partner and partner-to-ACACA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCER2 grouped by ACACA-low versus ACACA-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACACA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACACA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
