Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABTB2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABTB2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ABTB2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABTB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KICH, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ABTB2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
