Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABTB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,013 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMADHCP2, COL21A1, and C11orf80. Each is linked with ABTB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABTB2-to-partner and partner-to-ABTB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABTB2 versus MMADHCP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
