Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABTB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, ERK2, and INPP4B. Each is linked with ABTB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABTB2-to-partner and partner-to-ABTB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by ABTB2-low versus ABTB2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
