ABTB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABTB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCRL4, GIMAP7, and OR10R2. Each is linked with ABTB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABTB2-to-partner and partner-to-ABTB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCRL4 grouped by ABTB2-low versus ABTB2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
