ABTB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABTB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,576 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABTB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFU1P1, CYCSP35, and RNU6-207P. Each is linked with ABTB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABTB1-to-partner and partner-to-ABTB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NFU1P1 grouped by ABTB1-low versus ABTB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABTB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABTB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
