ABTB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABTB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABTB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Annexin-1, and ATM. Each is linked with ABTB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABTB1-to-partner and partner-to-ABTB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by ABTB1-low versus ABTB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABTB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABTB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
