ABT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,460 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRPK1, BRD2, and DHX16. Each is linked with ABT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABT1-to-partner and partner-to-ABT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABT1 versus SRPK1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
