ABT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,270 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51AP1, HROB, and SLC5A6. Each is linked with ABT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABT1-to-partner and partner-to-ABT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABT1 versus RAD51AP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
