ABRAXAS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABRAXAS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,913 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABRAXAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPX2, DKC1, and CDKN3. Each is linked with ABRAXAS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRAXAS2-to-partner and partner-to-ABRAXAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABRAXAS2 versus TPX2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABRAXAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABRAXAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
