ABRAXAS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABRAXAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABRAXAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4G. Each is linked with ABRAXAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRAXAS2-to-partner and partner-to-ABRAXAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bak grouped by ABRAXAS2-low versus ABRAXAS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABRAXAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABRAXAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
