ABRAXAS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABRAXAS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,981 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABRAXAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM204A, CHUK, and TRUB1. Each is linked with ABRAXAS2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRAXAS2-to-partner and partner-to-ABRAXAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABRAXAS2 versus FAM204A in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABRAXAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABRAXAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
