ABRAXAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABRAXAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,575 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABRAXAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, CCL18, and RPL34P3. Each is linked with ABRAXAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRAXAS1-to-partner and partner-to-ABRAXAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by ABRAXAS1-low versus ABRAXAS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABRAXAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABRAXAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
