ABRAXAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABRAXAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABRAXAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are XAGE5, OR1L1, and IQCF2. Each is linked with ABRAXAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABRAXAS1-to-partner and partner-to-ABRAXAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XAGE5 grouped by ABRAXAS1-low versus ABRAXAS1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABRAXAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABRAXAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
