ABR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAR1A, BLOC1S2, and AP1S3. Each is linked with ABR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABR-to-partner and partner-to-ABR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAR1A grouped by ABR-low versus ABR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
