ABR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 344 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABR-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALR3, OR4F6, and OR10D3. Each is linked with ABR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABR-to-partner and partner-to-ABR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALR3 grouped by ABR-low versus ABR-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
