ABO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,941 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPB41L1, DLC1_S526, and FRYL. Each is linked with ABO in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABO-to-partner and partner-to-ABO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABO versus EPB41L1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABO→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
