ABO

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,218 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABO-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAP4, RNF183, and DEGS2. Each is linked with ABO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABO-to-partner and partner-to-ABO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABO versus PGAP4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABO→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
