ABO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 625 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABO-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM1P38, RN7SL660P, and TTC30B. Each is linked with ABO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABO-to-partner and partner-to-ABO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPM1P38 grouped by ABO-low versus ABO-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABO→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
