ABLIM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABLIM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,422 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABLIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPA, ZBTB16, and HELLS. Each is linked with ABLIM2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABLIM2-to-partner and partner-to-ABLIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABLIM2 versus ASPA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABLIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABLIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
