ABLIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABLIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABLIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPXCR1, SPATA31D1, and SERPINA2. Each is linked with ABLIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABLIM2-to-partner and partner-to-ABLIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPXCR1 grouped by ABLIM2-low versus ABLIM2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABLIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABLIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
